Peter Murphy is a commercial lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience as a corporate and international lawyer before starting his own practice specialising in Strata, Property & Construction Law in 2005.

Peter is client focused, proactive and dedicated to obtaining positive commercial resolutions wherever possible to solve client's legal issues, only resorting to litigation for strategic reasons after all other avenues have been exhausted.

Peter holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and is admitted to practice in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia as a solicitor. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London, and holds a Certificate of Mediation approved by the Victorian Law Institute.

Peter was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance in 2005 and has recently been appointed as a Notary Public.

Nadine Fitzpatrick – Solicitor

Nadine Fitzpatrick

Nadine has been a solicitor with PMA for over 6 years and in that time has become an invaluable part of the team. She has a very broad range of experience, both within the legal profession and in a commercial environment. Beyond her work for PMA she has also been a regular volunteer lawyer for the Redfern Legal Centre. Nadine is also co-owner and co-principal operator of a well-established Australian Security and Investigation Company, with over ten years’ experience in the security and commercial and Private Inquiry Agent industry.

A company director and Australia-wide qualified lawyer (Solicitor in the state of New South Wales), Nadine has a great capacity for fostering strong client relationships and providing wider perspective to individual cases, which often proves valuable in determining the strategic approach to cases. Her experience in the Security and Investigation industry means that she is exceptionally well organised and a highly efficient problem solver.
